Under what circumstances will my order of Flowers/Gifts be substituted?
Owing to the seasonal nature of the product sometimes your order can be a bit different from the images showcased in the website. The flowers, gift items, fruits etc can be substituted by a different variety or color etc. However we strive to maintain best quality and standard at all times.
